Purposeek life and career coaching program was created to help individuals going through a life and career change or career transition by creating a shift in their mindset.

The Purposeek life and career change coaching program has been designed for people who:

• are seeking their life purpose and who may be looking for meaning in their life and career
• are lost and /or seeking more clarity about who they are and what they want to do for their life and career
• want to change their career but don’t know how or where to start
• want to change but don’t know what type of change they need (career or mindset change or both)
• don’t like their current job or work environment and feel trapped in a career that doesn’t feel right
• are not happy in their current job despite all their achievements and success
• are bored in their current career and wants to find out what else they could be doing or want to explore new opportunities and horizons
• are stressed or overwhelmed in their current career and need help to identify the root causes
• who are at the verge of a burn out and need a career break to think about their options and prioritise their well-being

We believe that everyone, at some stage of our life or career will need a life and career coaching program to guide us in finding our purpose, clarify our vision, change our perspective and action our plan.

We can’t do it on our own! We all have to seek and accept the help we need to guide us through our purpose seeking journey. No one will do the job for you or walk on your own path for you but others can certainly hold your hand, listen to you, be there for you, to reassure you, motivate you, hold you accountable and share with you valuable stories and experiences that will benefit and fast track your own life and career change journey. 

The Purposeek program will not only share with you valuable stories and insights but it will also give you a method to help you find your purpose and your true career path.

Your purpose exists and is already within you, it just requires a bit of work to discover it, acknowledge it and act on it and we are committed to make your purpose seeking journey enjoyable and we will do our best to make the change you need possible!

The Purposeek program will give you the tools to get more clarity on your purpose and help you:

• Know who you are and discover your true self
• Know what you want to do or become
• Overcome your limiting believes
• Manage your fears
• Build your confidence
• Build a strong mindset to maximise your potential
• Learn how to use your strengths
• Learn how to make your own narrative and become the hero of your life story
• Ideate to identify potential work opportunities that are aligned with your purpose, strengths, values and needs
• Learn how to define and action a plan to make the change you need (become your life and career project manager)

The Purposeek life and career coaching program works because:

• it encourages you to find the answers that are already within you through introspection activities
• It clarifies your vision of your future self as it invites you to share and discuss your life and career experiences with a buddy and with a group of people who are going through the same journey as you
• It does not only tell you what to so but also how to do it as you will have access to a unique method, with a structure and a flow, with tools, exercises and knowledge and experience sharing, all designed with the objective to help you find your purpose and your true career path

You have 2 options:

• Option 1: Complete the Program sessions on zoom (4 weeks for the core modules and 2 weeks for the additional modules). Check out the details in the Individual program page on the website.

When you register to the program, you will receive an email confirmation from the Purposeek team.

Then you will receive a welcome email a week before the start date of the program. This welcome email will include a questionnaire to fill and bring with you to the first Program’s workshop.

The core program will run over 4 weeks where you will receive a daily email with some exercises to complete or videos to watch and will attend the Purposeek workshops.

You will also have 2 options to attend the workshops:

• Option 1: Weekday workshop: 2 workshops of 2 hours every Tuesday and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm
• Option 2: Weeken workshop: 1workshop of 4 hours every Sundays from 9am to 1pm

The additional program that covers 2 modules (Mindset and Action plan) is optional and will run over 2 weeks. There will be also a weekday and weekend workshop options.

• Option 2: complete the program online at your own pace. Go to the Purposeek online courses page and register to the Purposeek program in the Purpose focused courses section. (insert link) Once you have registered, you will have access to a set of modules that you can revisit at any time until your complete the program at your own pace. Your online access will be managed like a subscription that will have a one year expiry date.

When you chose to complete the program online, you will benefit from a complementary a one hour of a one on one career coaching session that you will have to book with the Purposeek team by calling the number 0499310180 or by sending an email to hello@purposeek.au

If to our reasonable belief you did not obtain sufficient value from this course, we will provide to you a reimbursement at our sole discretion.

We are more than happy to discuss over the phone and answer any questions that you may have. And you are right it is an investment, an investment in your future and your life. But how much is your life worth? If you feel that your current situation is not worth the investment, maybe now is not the right time. If payment is an issue and you would like to discuss payment terms directly with us, please leave us a message and we are happy to assess any situation on a per case basis.

Due to Covid-restrictions, All events are currently held On Zoom for your safety and convenience.

We recommend that you book the next program session when you cannot commit to all the workshops or complete the online version of the program at your own pace.
